Raw food guru, the bewitching Kate Magic, swoops in to guest chef Asparagasm’s autumnally-inspired vegan and gluten-free fine dining event on Thursday 24th October at Studio Gi in Hackney.
Working alongside Asparagasm’s partner chefs, headed up by Fredrik Bolin from Disappearing Dining Club, Magic will be conjuring a sensational five course RAW vegan and gluten-free feast at this month’s dinner ‘Bewitched’.
This is the eleventh dining event from Asparagasm, who host seasonal vegan and gluten-free creative experiences in the capital.

This spellbinding menu will be sure to invigorate our senses as this month Asparagasm goes on a quest for a super-natural Halloween high and celebrates the witching season with globally renowned raw food guru Kate Magic.”
The ‘Bewitched’ menu includes Green Juice Potion, Sublime Sushi, Zucchini Noodles in Sesame Pesto, Wilted Kale & Sauerkraut Slaw, followed by Triple Layer Raw Magic Cake and After Dinner Mystic Mints and Medicinal Tea to finish off. Tickets are £35 a head including welcome drinks and entertainment from the London Vegetable Orchestra who will be inspiring guests to toot a root and come together in a fantastical sonic explosion of raw vegetable power.
Guests can opt for a delicious pre-festive cleanse with Equinox Kombucha cocktails and a medicinal tea bar by Four Sigma Foods. Organic and vegan-method wine from Running Duck, hand-crafted beer from Freedom Organic, British bubbles and superb cocktails are also served by guest bartender, Alex Orwin.
