Data Retention and Minimisation

We routinely destroy out-of-date and unused data to keep our Users’ privacy a priority.

For example, if a User that has signed up to our newsletter doesn’t engage/open for a period of six months, we’ll stop sending it to them, and after attempts to re-engage, will completely remove and destroy their data from our systems.

Competition entry data is kept for two years, to protect Users, Clients and Streetzine legally, in case of any disputes. This data isn’t used or accessed unless absolutely necessary.
