Birmingham to Bombay “Book 2” looks at the food, ingredients and behind the scenes filming in Goa and Bombay with stunning food and travel photography shot by International photographer Moe Kafer.
The foreword is by Indian Celebrity Chef Sanjeev Kapoor who also filmed with Alan for the TV series (that is currently being screened on Food network UK and across many parts of the world).
Alan has also called upon and incorporated some great recipes from guest chefs, including Bishal Rasaily the Executive head chef of the award winning Pushka restaurant in Birmingham and from Sandeep Pande Executive Head chef of the RHI Renaissance hotel in Bombay, making this a real “ Birmingham to Bombay” journey .
Book 2 captures the sun, sand sea and spices of the laid back region of Goa, whilst by contrast Alan captures the manic hustle and bustle of Bombay.
